Auditor checking documents

If you are a Registered NDIS Provider, you face strict audits against the NDIS Practice Standards. The financial component is often overlooked.

Financial Governance

Auditors want to see:
- Solvency: Proof that the business is financially viable (P&L, Balance Sheet).
- Insurance: Professional Indemnity and Public Liability certificates.
- Asset Register: A list of equipment used for participant care.

Module 2A: Implementing Plans

You must show that your billing matches the Service Agreements signed by participants. Discrepancies here are a major non-conformance.
