NDIS Price Guide 2026-27: Key Changes for Providers
Every July, the NDIS Pricing Arrangements (formerly the Price Guide) are updated. Missing these updates means you are either undercharging or non-compliant. Here is what has changed for the 2026-27 financial year.
1. Support Worker Rates Increased
To keep up with the SCHADS Award and superannuation increases, the price limit for a standard Level 1 Support Worker (Weekday Daytime) has increased by approximately 3.95%.
New Cap: ~$70.23 per hour (confirm latest CSV).
Ensure you update your service agreements and Xero billing templates immediately.
2. TTP (Temporary Transformation Payment)
The TTP loading is being phased down. If you are a registered provider claiming TTP, ensure you are still eligible and using the correct line item codes. Claiming TTP without meeting the benchmarking requirements is a compliance breach.
3. Travel Rules
The rules for claiming provider travel have tightened. You can generally claim up to 30 minutes of travel time in metro areas (MMM1-3) and 60 minutes in regional areas. You must discuss this with the participant beforehand.
