2026 Small Business Grants for NSW Businesses

The NSW Government offers various grants to stimulate the economy, but finding them on the Service NSW website can be a maze. In 2026, the focus has shifted towards innovation, export, and regional development.

Here are the top grants currently open for NSW small businesses.

1. Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Grant

If you are a NSW startup developing a new technology product, you could claim up to $25,000. This is a matched funding grant (you must provide 50%) designed to help you build a prototype.

2. NSW Export Assistance Grant

Are you looking to sell your products overseas? This grant offers reimbursement of up to $10,000 for export marketing costs, such as attending international trade shows or adapting your website for foreign markets.

3. SafeWork NSW Small Business Rebate
